She oversees Regency's in-house legal team's leasing function and supports the General Counsel. She also serves as Assistant Secretary. Stephanie joined Regency in 2002 as leasing counsel to handle document review and analysis, legal drafting, and negotiation of leases and lease-related documentation. In 2011, Stephanie received the company's Joan and Martin E. Stein, Sr. Award, recognizing a commitment to professionalism, teamwork, and leadership. 

Before Regency, she was an associate with the international firm of LeBoeuf, Lamb, Greene & MacRae LLP, practicing in commercial real estate.

Stephanie earned her Bachelor of Science with Honors and Juris Doctor with Honors from the University of Florida. She is a member of The Florida Bar, the Northeast Chapter of the Association of Corporate Counsel, ICSC, and the Urban Land Institute. She is also a board member of the Jacksonville Women's Leadership Forum.

Stephanie enjoys outdoor activities with her daughter and Gator football.
