I’ve had the pleasure of working with Jenny on Orangetheory Fitness deals in Tracy, San Ramon, Petaluma and San Bruno, CA. Jenny gained our interest in the respective sites by effectively addressing our needs and overcoming various obstacles to our tenancy. Although she was a very strong negotiator and represented Regency’s position with a firm hand, she also worked with us to obtain the items that were important to Orangetheory Fitness. She understood our needs and the hurdles of operating a fitness use in a retail center. In each case Jenny was able to put the deal together in terms that I believe were fair and equitable for each party. She was very knowledgeable with the projects and lease negotiations, and a pleasure to work with.

We had been looking in the area for a while, but it was Jenny’s creativity and flexibility that enabled us to find a space at Clayton Valley Shopping Center that best fit our needs. The lease was done with efficiency and ease, and a tower element was added to further improve our visibility. Panda Express has a win-win relationship with Regency. We appreciate the quality of the centers and the people with whom we do our deals. Jenny is an absolute pleasure to work with. She understands how to approach a deal through the eyes of the landlord while also meeting the needs of the retailer.
