Jason is currently located in our Boca Raton, FL, office and has been a part of the Regency team since 2017. Previously, he has served as Associate General Counsel for Regency.

Before Regency, he was Associate General Counsel for Equity One, Senior Counsel at Holland & Knight LLP, and Economic Consultant for KPMG LLP.

Jason earned his Bachelor’s in A.B. Economics from Harvard University, graduating cum laude. He earned his Juris Doctor degree from the University of Miami School of Law, also graduating cum laude. He also served as an Adjunct Professor for the LLM Real Property Development Program at the University of Miami School of Law.

In his spare time, he dedicates himself to the Legal Advisory Council for ICSC, is a Member of the American Bar Association, a Member of the National LGBTQ+ Bar Association, a Lifetime Member of Leadership Broward, and a Parker Player for the Broward Performing Arts Foundation.

Outside of his work and volunteer efforts, Jason supports the performing arts and enjoys attending music, dance, and theater performances.
