Bringing nearly 20 years of industry experience, Taylor joined the Regency team in 2024. He is responsible for managing the leasing and operations of 28 assets and more than 4 million square feet across Southern California including Los Angeles County, Orange County, and Santa Barbara.

Prior to Regency Centers, he worked as Vice President of Leasing, Pacific Southwest at Kimco Realty, where he joined through the Kimco-Weingarten merger in 2021. He spent 12 years at Weingarten Realty in various leadership, management, and leasing capacities, most recently holding the position of Vice President, Regional Leasing Director. Taylor earned a Bachelor of General Studies degree from The University of Kansas.

Outside the office, Taylor enjoys spending time with his wife and two children, watching Sunday football, and taking ski trips.
