Originally from Houston, Texas, he earned his bachelor’s degree in finance from Marist College while playing NCAA Division I Tennis, MAAC Conference Champions, NCAA Division I Tournament Participant and All-American Line 1 Doubles. Prior to joining Regency, he owned, operated, and managed a Real Estate Brokerage and Private Equity consulting firm representing and overseeing family offices with over $150 million in transaction and advisory volume across various industries. Most recently, Billy graduated with an MBA from Rice University, with a triple major in Investment Management, Corporate Finance & Entrepreneurship.
