Kyle leads Regency’s development efforts in North, Central and SW Florida. He is responsible for sourcing and managing investments in his markets as well as assisting the operations teams with re-developments within our existing Florida portfolio. Before joining Regency, Kyle was a Development Manager at a Tampa based retail development and consulting company. As the son of a General Contractor, he grew up in the residential construction industry and later received his Bachelor’s in Construction Management and Master’s in Real Estate from the University of Florida. Kyle resides in Tampa where he sits on the board for the Society of Real Estate Professionals and holds his real estate license.
