Matt is responsible for the day-to-day leadership of Regency's technology team. He ensures that support processes, end-user computing, connectivity, and systems are safe and running seamlessly.

May has developed his experience with technology administration, management, and leadership since beginning his career as an IT professional in 2005. Before joining Regency, Matt was a business-critical-applications and IS Department Operations Manager at Trelleborg Sealing Solutions. He led a team and was responsible for the day-to-day operations, strategy, and planning in the Americas. Before Trelleborg, Matt was a Consulting Manager with RealFoundations for nine years, leading and completing numerous projects. His consulting work included working with public REITs and institutional investors to advance technology such as JDE EnterpriseOne, Argus Enterprise, A/P workflow, CRM, and document management platforms.

Matt received his Bachelor's in Organizational Leadership and Supervision with a Concentration in Electrical Engineering Technology from Purdue University. He spends his time advocating for USA Cares and as a Director of Communities for Chadwick HOA.

Matt also enjoys bike rides with his wife and two children, swimming, and taking on home improvement projects.
