Lauren oversees leasing for approximately 4M SF within Regency’s operating and development portfolio. Previously, she spent three years as Vice President of Leasing for Brixmor Property Group's Texas portfolio, responsible for more than 7M SF at 50+ assets. She previously held the Regional Leasing Director position with Weingarten Realty Group, overseeing 28 assets and 3.8M SF in Texas, Denver, Las Vegas, and Salt Lake City.
 
Lauren earned her B.S. in Management from Indiana University, Bloomington. She currently serves as President of Highland on the Creek Neighborhood Association, is an ICSC member, and is a member of the Dallas Women of Tocqueville Society, whose mission is to provide targeted financial and skill-based investments in education, income, and health for North Texas women and children.
 
Outside of the office, she enjoys mentoring young women who are interested in commercial real estate. She is proud to be part of the University of North Florida mentoring program, and works with a student who wants to enter business once she graduates. She also mentors a fellow colleague on Regency's Operations team who is early in her career.
 
Lauren enjoys spending time with her husband and daughter, traveling, and singing at the top of her lungs (though she'll tell you she's a terrible singer) at concerts.
