Patrick is responsible for the strategic direction of the West portfolio (Arizona, California, Washington, and Oregon), totaling 105 assets and approximately 13 million square feet. He oversees the region's leasing, operations, and asset management activities. Patrick also assists the investments team with our development, redevelopment, acquisition, and disposition efforts. Previously, Patrick was Senior Vice President and Senior Market Officer for the Southern California and Pacific Northwest Regions.

Patrick joined Regency as Vice President in 2011 after spending 20 years with Duckett Wilson Development. After starting in property management, he grew into shop and anchor leasing. Before joining Regency, Patrick led Duckett Wilson's development and redevelopment efforts as their Director of Development.

Patrick earned his Bachelor of Science in Business from the University of Southern California. Patrick is now retired from coaching his three children in various sports. His body won't let him play basketball five days a week anymore, so if he's not at home with his family, you'll likely find him on the golf course.
