Peggy joined Regency in 2005 and currently serves as the Vice President of Property Operations for the Southeast and Upper Midwest which includes Florida, Georgia, Illinois, and North Carolina. Together, her team manages 159 properties totaling nearly 20-million square feet.
 
Peggy earned a BA from Washington University in St. Louis before returning to the NW suburbs of Chicago. In 2012, she earned the company’s highest honor, the Martin E. Stein, Sr. Award for her acumen and ethical standards. She also served as Regency’s National United Way Campaign Chair in 2022. 
 
Outside of work, Peggy enjoys spending time with family and friends, reading, and traveling.
